Played 1983 to 1986. Member of the 1984 Wayback Reserves flag.
Met and married Cheryl during that time.

How I came to Waybacks: Moved to Japan after graduating Uni to teach conversational English and met a lovely Waybacker teaching for the same company- made our way to Port Lincoln 20 years ago to try living together, never left.
Hockey team: Montreal Canadiens
Sporting highlight: Watching the Gold medal match between Canada and USA men’s hockey teams on TV at uni during the Salt Lake City’s winter olympics (Canadian women had already won the gold the day before)- the streets were silent in my uni town with all the students watching the match. You could hear the roar from all the units when Canada won.
